Heart Posture

Tag how your heart is turned, then filter your reflections by it later. Choose one or several.

Chapter 02 · Release

And when it is time to let go.

Not every page needs to stay. Letting go moves a reflection aside, and you can bring it back to your notes until you release it for good.
